Let me introduce myself...
My name is Laura Daniels, the cow whisperer and team builder extraordinaire. For two decades, I have dedicated my career to helping family businesses thrive and teams flourish. I began my journey in the world of dairy cattle nutrition, using my expertise to boost profitability through a combination of science and smart management practices. But as time went on, I discovered my true passion: the human side of the cow business.
Experience building leadership teams, sales teams, my own on-farm team, a national non-profit, a non-agriculture service business and many others has solidified my interest in developing human potential.
I have become a go-to expert in fostering strong relationships and building high performing teams within the agricultural industry. More recently I have turned my focus beyond teams to include individuals. Having worked with a coach myself, I saw the value of an unbiased sounding board. There is no doubt with that support I got further faster. So, I added coaching and mentoring of high performing individuals to the services I offered. This work quickly became my favorite. Nothing fills my cup like watching people grow and achieve more than they thought possible.
Idea Barn was created to bring these go-getters together. There is beautiful synergy when you share both triumph and challenge with like-minded people. This is also the way I can work with more of you, so together we can have more impact.
